The short has a snug regularFit, which means it is based on Assos' race-oriented design but tuned for long-lasting comfort.

The Mille GT C2 bib short has Assos' own Zero-Pressure Waist, which supports the midriff without pinching. The seamless bib straps and the X-frame on your back ensure a secure fit and prevent the chamois from shifting. The Shock-Absorb Damping Mono seat pad gives you 11 mm of cushioning with thermo formed layers that prevent chafing and irritation. Thanks to goldenGate technology, the chamois moves smoothly with your body. The ultralight leg bands provide a subtle yet firm hold without silicone for a smooth finish you will hardly feel.
XLG: This size is designed for riders with a larger waist circumference or wider hips than the standard XL size. The fit is more generous at the waist, hips and thighs while maintaining compression and aerodynamics. XLG is ideal for riders who need a wider, comfortable fit without compromising on performance.
TIR: The TIR size is the most spacious and is designed for riders who need cycling shorts with more space and length. The fit is more generous at the waist, hips and thighs and is longer than the XLG size. TIR is ideal for riders who need a generous, comfortable fit that still maintains the desired compression and support. This is Assos' largest size in legwear.

Disappointment
Very disappointed. 1st time I bought an Assos and pain in the buttocks. Back to Castelli like my previous ones.

Comfortable trousers for long trips
After years of "mid-range" trousers, I bought these slightly more expensive trousers especially for longer rides. What a comfortable pair of trousers! The chamois is a bit thinner at the front, so it doesn't get in the way. The trousers fit well and the wide bib straps offer good support.

In themselves, a fine pair of trousers. At first I thought wow!!! But that has diminished a bit (bikepacking, biking hiking trails through mountainous areas for days on end). The trousers are definitely not bad! At around 100 kg, I am not the lightest, but luckily I have my height with me. But that chamois does kind of deteriorate quickly.

The seat insert is great, no rubbing or discomfort. The fabric breathes well and the straps are easy to forget. You can tell it's solid stuff, typical of Assos.
